Roxanne Carstens brings energy and dedication to her role as Office Manager and Billing Specialist at Clear Chiropractic. She grew up in Arlington, WA, joined the Clear Chiropractic team in 2009, and moved to Spokane in 2013 to help Dr. Bell open the first clinic.

She uses her deep knowledge of medical insurance and clinic procedures to guide patients through billing and coverage questions, ensuring every visit runs smoothly. Roxanne also creates a warm, welcoming environment that helps patients feel supported and cared for.

Outside the office, Roxanne enjoys life with her husband, a wheat farmer from Reardan, and their dog, Cody. Her curiosity and adventurous mindset drive her to seek out new experiences and learning opportunities every day.
