Dr. Rachae Bell

Dr. Rachae Bell, originally from Davenport, WA, initially planned to become an orthopedic surgeon. However, when a friend encouraged her to explore chiropractic care, she soon discovered a deeper passion for a holistic approach that aligned with her belief in the body’s natural ability to heal.
After graduating from Life Chiropractic College West where she was recognized as Student of the Year in 2011, Dr. Bell shifted her focus to Upper Cervical Chiropractic care. Since then, she has gone on to earn the esteemed Diplomate of Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP) through the International Chiropractic Association (ICA), a distinction achieved by only a select group of doctors worldwide. Additionally, her dedication to advancing the profession is evident through her ongoing leadership roles in several chiropractic organizations.

Dr. Bell founded Clear Chiropractic Spokane in 2013 to bring exceptional, patient-centered care to the Spokane community. Over the years, she has expanded the practice into two thriving locations with a dedicated team of four doctors who share her mission of delivering top-tier chiropractic care.
She focuses on helping patients overcome chronic headaches, migraines, brain fog, base-of-the-head pain, and fatigue—conditions that often affect busy professionals juggling demanding work and family life.
To enhance accuracy and safety in every diagnosis, Clear Chiropractic uses Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)—a cutting-edge 3D imaging system that delivers precise insights with less radiation than traditional X-rays. As the only chiropractic clinic in Spokane offering this technology, Dr. Bell and her team can examine the upper cervical spine with unmatched clarity, ensuring every treatment is personalized, gentle, and highly effective.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Bell’s discipline and drive extend into her personal life. A two-time All-American volleyball player at the University of Redlands and a Hall of Fame inductee, she brings the same passion for excellence to everything she does. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys snow and water skiing, hunting, fishing, and even conquered her first Half Ironman in 2017.
