Dr. Rachae Bell

Dr. Rachae Bell, originally from Davenport, WA, began her journey with a goal of becoming an orthopedic surgeon. However, after a friend suggested becoming a chiropractor would be a better fit, she realized this holistic approach to health was in perfect alignment with her understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

A graduate of Life Chiropractic College West, where she was named Student of the Year in 2011, Dr. Bell specializes in Upper Cervical Chiropractic care and holds the prestigious Diplomate of Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP) through the International Chiropractic Association (ICA)—a distinction earned by only a select few doctors worldwide. Her dedication to advancing the field is reflected in her leadership roles, which include:

  • Blair Chiropractic Society – President (2020-2021)
  • ICA Representative Assembly – Secretary (2019-2021)
  • Blair Chiropractic Society – Executive Board Member (2017-2022)
  • Council of Upper Cervical Care – Executive Membership Director (2016-2021)
  • Council of Upper Cervical Care – Vice President (2023-present)
  • Washington State Representative for the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) (2016-present)

Dr. Bell founded Clear Chiropractic Spokane in 2013 with the goal of providing exceptional care to the Spokane community. Since then, the practice has grown to two locations and a team of four doctors, all dedicated to delivering the highest level of chiropractic care.  Dr. Bell specializes in helping clients overcome chronic headaches, migraines, brain fog, base of the head pain and fatigue—issues often faced by busy professionals balancing demanding careers and family life.

To ensure the highest level of precision and safety in diagnosis, Clear Chiropractic utilizes Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), an advanced 3-D imaging technology that provides detailed insights with significantly less radiation than traditional x-rays. This state-of-the-art tool, being the only chiropractic clinic in Spokane with this technology, allows Dr. Bell and her team to assess the upper cervical spine with exceptional clarity, providing tailored care that is both effective, gentle and safe.

Dr. Bell is a two-time All-American volleyball player at the University of Redlands, where she was inducted into the University’s Hall of Fame for her athletic and academic achievements. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, hunting, fishing, and completed her first Half Ironman in 2017.
